I’ve spent so much time working in my business and never taken much time out to appreciate everything I’ve built. The feedback I got from the team was amazing, the fact that I inspired and motivated others as well as presented myself well was a huge win for me.
What I found most interesting was the way in which people listened to my story and examples of dangerous thinking, and how they were then able to see how to apply the same kind of thinking to their specific line of work, or everyday life. This has certainly made me realise I can apply this kind of thinking to all aspects of my life, and not just my attitude to work.”

I love that all of you as an audience have seen the layers in what I’ve been talking about, and talking it through really helps me to articulate those layers. I often see the layers in things. It’s not just about snail farming, it’s about what I’m doing with my life, the whole picture.
Just the realisation that we’re not robots, we’re not all cut from the same cloth, we’re not stormtroopers. We are all uniquely different, human. And all of us, whether we admit it or not, have vulnerabilities and are vulnerable. And it’s a thing to embrace.
