A neatly boxed set of 52 double sided cards. On one side of the card is a colourful picture with a focal word and on the flip side, the opposite word in monochrome. The card decks come in two sizes, a postcard size which work well in group settings and a smaller half size, perfect for your desk.
We have also included some ideas inside each pack for how you can use them, based on our experiences of working with them with individuals and teams.
The Digital Edition
Now available in digital format. Purchasing a licence gives you instant access to our digital edition of the cards for a full 12 months. You can print versions of the cards to build a physical deck or use them electronically.

Each card shows a single word and image. Choose one that resonates, sit with a carefully crafted open question, and watch what emerges – clearer perspective, fresh insight, or simply the opportunity to understand your own experience better.
Whether it’s a one-to-one coaching conversation, a team working through complexity, or a leader trying to make sense of their next move, the cards help people access their own thinking when it matters most
Powerful conversations
Sometimes the most important conversations are the hardest to start. The cards offer a simple, thoughtful way to explore what matters – whether you’re working through a challenge, making sense of change, or helping someone find clarity when words feel stuck.
They create the conditions for people to think out loud and discover what they really want to say, so they can lead and contribute with the clarity their role demands.
The Reflection Habit
The cards you’re drawn to reveal something about where you are right now. The ones that feel uncomfortable often hold the thinking you most need to do.
Pick one each day for personal reflection, or use the larger deck to help teams think together about what’s really going on.
