The name, Clear Thinking, is not an accident.
What would be different in your work, and your life, if you and the people around you could think clearly when it matters most?
The way you think shapes everything.
Your decisions. Your leadership. Your impact. Your peace of mind.
Yet most of us have never been taught how to think well. We’re expected to figure it out on our own, while juggling urgent demands, making quick decisions, and operating at relentless pace.
The result? We rush into action when we need to pause. We react when we could respond. We miss what matters because we haven’t given ourselves the conditions to see it clearly.
High quality, independent thinking is one of the most undervalued skills in business, and in life.
And yet it determines everything; the choices you make, the influence you have, the contribution you’re able to give.
So why would you leave it to chance?
I create the conditions where your finest thinking happens. Where you can slow down enough to see what really matters. Where you trust yourself and the people around you to find the answers that are hiding in plain sight.
Because when you get the thinking right, everything else follows.

I’m Bev Holden, and I’ve been working with senior leaders and their teams for over twenty-five years. I’ve been running The Clear Thinking Partnership since 2007.
I’m an accredited Time to Think Coach, Facilitator and Teacher, and I specialise in creating the conditions for people to think clearly together, particularly when the stakes are high and the questions are complex.
I’ve experienced the difference that attention-rich environments have on people’s ability to think, for themselves, and as themselves so I love to smuggle attention into organisations; from growing businesses to national bodies, working locally and internationally, in-person and remotely, helping leadership teams navigate change, strengthen relationships, and make better, human-centred decisions.
My approach is grounded in warmth, rigour, and a deep belief that people do their best work when they feel heard and when they’re given the time and space to think. I’m direct, I’m thorough, and I care about getting this right for your team.
WHAT ARE PEOPLE SAYING…
"I knew I could trust you because of your humanness and your curiosity. You're able to ask a question that makes the world stop. I really appreciated the fact that you didn't hurry me to close too soon. It wasn't lovely navel-gazing, this was really proper, grown-up thinking. And I needed the safety net of knowing that underneath it there was a real structure and purpose, which I knew you were carrying for me."
