After careers in retail management with a wide range of blue chip organisations, Kate Hargreaves & Bev Holden made a successful transition into the field of Human Resources and Learning and Development.

Combining their operational experience with their expertise in developing people they have created successful approaches to tackling personal and business challenges, with brilliant results. They have extensive experience working with individual clients, with groups and teams, in the not-for-profit sector and in the corporate environment.

Kate graduated from Liverpool University in 1994 with a BA (Hons) degree. She holds coaching qualifications with both the CIPD / OSCM and The Coaching Academy and holds a Practitioner Certificate from the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming. She has a keen interest in the link between personal development and psychology and is an MBTI®  Practitioner and also has experience of Language and Behaviour Profiling.  Kate has extensive experience in the design and delivery of corporate learning and development programmes particularly focusing on leadership development and organisational change.

Bev has a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice and is a CIPD / OSCM qualified Coach-Mentor. With Kate she runs a local supervision group for professional coaches in association with the OSCM. Bev is accredited by TMSDI to use the Team Management Profiling tool and she holds a certificate in NLP from the Professional Guild of NLP. Bev is also a Junior Chamber International Senator, a Primary School Governor and has a special interest in leadership, entrepreneurship and performance improvement.
