Joe, Finance Director "We have an annual, week long training and development event that is attended by our partners and over 100 staff. As well as our technical and IT updates we always wanted to incorporate so called "soft skills" training for our staff in all departments and at all levels.
We had little idea of what we hoped to achieve or what such training or development would look like however during our initial meeting with Clear Thinking they were able to decipher our random thoughts and provide lots of ideas that were relevant to our issues and business model.
Clear Thinking came up with detailed bespoke course plans which were then discussed with us for approval. Once we were happy we were able to hand the writing and delivery responsibility of the courses over to Clear Thinking.
In the lead up to the event Clear Thinking were regularly in touch with us to give progress updates and they were extremely helpful in assisting us with other areas such as our appraisal and staff career development process which we were keen to link in to the soft skills training plan.
The delivery was extremely professional and many of our staff requested that we use Clear Thinking again for future training and they were keen to build on what they had learned.
