Our target audience was a highly skilled and experienced group of individuals spanning a broad spectrum of business functions.

At the start of their learning journey we used the MBTI instrument to set the tone for things to come and provided an anchor point for the learners to refer to as they progressed.

As we explored new skills, learners found it invaluable to revisit their profile and reflect on how they were incorporating the new insights and changing their attitudes, beliefs and behaviours.

Coaching for Effectiveness

By making coaching an integral part of a management development programme we've been helping managers increase their effectiveness much more quickly than through workshop learning alone.

Managers explored the barriers to implementing learning through a series of one to one coaching sessions, and used the insight they gained to overcome obstacles and to experience levels of personal transformation that have since translated into improved and sustained performance.
