As well as supporting us to provide bespoke people development services to our clients, the Forum is a "think tank" where members collaborate and continue to develop together by sharing knowledge and expertise with each other.

Andrew Rea

Andrew has a background in financial services, with over twenty years management experience. He became a management development trainer for Halifax Plc in 1995, and, since 2000 has been working as a freelance trainer, writer and coach.

In the training room Andrew’s relaxed facilitative style brings out the best in his learners, especially when training in management, customer care and ‘soft’ skills.

He is a regular contributor to ‘Train the Trainer’ and ‘Training Journal’ magazines, and is the author of the ‘Ten Minute Trainer’ series for Fenman. His latest work – ‘Ten Top Games for Customer Care Training’ is Fenman’s top selling training game package.

Bryony Barker

Bryony has 6 years experience within Learning Resource environments where she supported companies with key frameworks such as Team Effectiveness, High Impact Leadership and Graduate Development Programmes.

Since early 2008 she has set up her own company, specialising in training games and the TetraMap behavioural profiling tool. She is the creator of the experiential resource ‘Life Lines’, a game which reflects her qualifications and interest in the application of Psychology and NLP in the workplace.

A typical training session of Bryony’s focuses on building effective and sustainable teams through the use of fun and interactive activities.

Andy Smith

Andy Smith is an Emotional Intelligence coach, ANLP-accredited NLP trainer and author. He has been assisting individuals and groups with accelerated change for fifteen years.

With experience including IT consultancy, stress management and corporate branding, Andy specialises in presenting leading-edge coaching and change skills in an accessible and engaging way. He is the author of Work Life: Achieve Your Goals (Dorling Kindersley 2006).

Andy is accredited to administer the Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI) 360º assessment. He is the organiser of the Manchester Business NLP and Emotional Intelligence Group.

Wendy Aspland

Wendy is a People Development Coach with over 20 years experience working primarily in the retail sector; in a variety of roles both operational and HR.

A chartered member of the CIPD, Wendy specialises in and has a passion for Learning and Development. She has a firm belief that everyone has something to contribute and has used her passion and skills to help people to be their best.

For the past year, Wendy has worked as an independent consultant and has continued to work with high street retailers as a coach and facilitator; as well as coaching leadership teams in schools as part of the Group 8 Education Project.

Tony Brook

Tony has 20 years UK management experience and since becoming a freelance trainer he has specialised in Leadership, Communication and Teambuilding, working with some of the UK’s largest and most successful organisations.

As a skilled and gifted speaker, Tony has a talent for engaging his audience easily and naturally, helping them to relax and quickly achieve the best possible state for learning.

Tony is a dedicated lifelong learner and is passionate about honing his skills. He was recently acclaimed as the JCI Best UK Trainer and was captain of the winning team in the European Debating Championship in 2005.
