Ideal for teams of up to 8* people, the Team Booster event is professionally facilitated by an experienced corporate trainer and coach.

The Team Boost event includes the design of a bespoke 360 feedback framework, unless an off-the shelf package suits your needs. In partnership with our clients, Clear Thinking project manage the completion by all participants of the 360 feedback questionnaire and the online completion of the Team Management Profile psychometric instrument and the design and facilitation of the event itself.

Team Boost Day 1

Day 1 is a Team Management Profile Discovery Session, which explores personal preferences at work and demonstrates how a collection of unique individuals create a powerful team.

The outputs are linked closely to the team’s objectives and agenda for success in the business.

In the evening, delegates can expect to complete a guided reading activity to explore their 360 feedback report in readiness for Day 2.

Team Boost Day 2

On Day 2 the focus is on 360°feedback.

Openness and collaboration across the team is encouraged through feedback activities that are sensitively and closely managed by the facilitator. This enables participants to get much more value from the process than they perhaps would from a traditional, anonymous 360 approach.

The process is supercharged by including a one-to-one coaching session for each participant and time is allocated for personal reflection and the creation of a tailored Development Plan.
