This 360 feedback tool offers valuable insight into the factors and specific behaviours that influence success through a framework of competencies that can easily be incorporated into those that already exist in an organisation.
This is a superb tool which can be utilised in many differnt contexts. We have used it succesfully to assist clients to determine the development needs of senior team members. It provides structure and encourages the "subject" to focus on key causal behaviours, which ultimately means that the development solutions they choose have a greater and longer lasting impact on their performance.
Here are some examples of situations where the tool can be used effectively:
Have you ever wondered why it is that some people seem to be exactly on your wavelength and understand you, whilst others just don’t "get you"?
Do you like to have a plan and stick to it, whilst other colleagues change their focus and direction again and again, driving you to distraction?
Are you comfortable with the short term, but struggle to see what potential the future might hold? Or do you have a clear picture of tomorrow, but get bogged down by the details?
The Myers Briggs Type Indicator® is a versatile instrument and can be used to help address specific personal development, relationship or team issues. It uses the work of Karl Jung to explain the differences found in personality and breaks them down into 4 dichotomies, looking at:
