Kate Hargreaves and Bev Holden are business partners and co-founders of the Clear Thinking Partnership. They’ve been a successful partnership for many years both in the corporate environment and more recently in their own business venture.

Their practical experience in the retail and service sectors, leading a wide range of teams to achieve great results, combined with their technical expertise in people development has equipped them to help others to develop their people for success.

Bev says, "Kate is determined and energetic. She likes to be different; doing things the same as everyone else is not part of her approach to life. Kate has an optimistic outlook on life and infectious enthusiasm for people development. She truly believes that everyone can make a valuable contribution at work, it’s just a case of igniting their fire."

Bev and Kate share a passion for learning that is clear when you meet them. They noticed a missing link in traditional training and are now plugging that gap by helping businesses to more effectively take learning from the classroom to the workplace, combining diagnostic tools, interactive development sessions and coaching to make learning stick!

Kate says, "Bev seizes on new ideas and gives them life. She has sharp insights and a flare for creative thinking…so there’s never a dull moment! Our business is about getting people to turn learning into action and Bev generates real enthusiasm and a sense of urgency in the people she works with so that they feel compelled to make things happen."

Kate & Bev have held management, HR and training positions with a wide variety of well known brands including J Sainsbury, Burger King, Top Shop / Top Man, Adams Childrenswear, The Disney Store, Fredericks Dairies, UCI Cinemas and Argos.

They are both qualified as coach-mentors through the CIPD/OCM, NLP pratitioners and licened users of the TMSDI suite of tools and MBTI® and are trained as Laughter Yoga Leaders and BIG PICTURE® Practitioners. One of their clients recently described them as "Good fun to work with; highly intelligent, sparky people."
